Leadership SAISD seeks civically minded individuals with a passion for education. There are no specific educational or professional requirements to participate in Leadership SAISD. The only steadfast requirement of our participants is a commitment to Leadership SAISD’s Core Values of Expectancy, Teamwork, Inquiry and Tenacity.
Ideal candidates will be strong communicators, collaborative, open minded and curious. They will demonstrate commitment through active involvement in education activities and/or a proven record of leadership through professional and volunteer accomplishments. In addition, candidates should value education and share a commitment to the San Antonio community.
